It involves discussing your medical history(if you feel comfortable), fitness aspirations (like weight loss or muscle gain), past exercise experience, lifestyle factors, and any potential barriers to an exercise program.
Included in the consultation is a tour of the facilities, a short workout, and expert recommendations about how to start a fitness program.

Personal Training
Personal training is centered on the individual needs, goals, medical history, limitations, and preferences of the client.
Fitness training focusing on safe and effective exercise programs tailored to address age-related changes that promote overall well-being.
Programs emphasize clients priorities such as: improving mobility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular health, while also considering individual needs and limitations.
Progress is monitored and results are celebrated!

Small Group Training
Small group training is focused on functional fitness exercises designed to increase strength, endurance, and mobility.
In a small group, the trainer will explain the workout and provide fitness instruction. Clients will receive guidance on how to get the best results by being provided recommendations on weight selection, intensity required, instruction on proper form and technique, and will be shown modifications to make the exercises accessible.
The trainer creates a class atmosphere that is fun, inspiring, encouraging, and warm to clients at all levels.
